At Dirt2Dust, sustainability isn’t a buzzword — it’s a commitment. The apparel industry has a serious overproduction problem, with an estimated 21% of textiles going unsold. We’re doing things differently.

By working with on-demand suppliers, we only make products when you order them, keeping textile waste to a minimum. 

Our printing partners use energy-efficient, low-waste technology with Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based inks— no harmful chemicals, and leftover ink is disposed of responsibly.

Orders ship in post-consumer recycled (PCR) packaging, made from everyday items like used bottles and bags. PCR mailers protect your gear just as well as new plastic — but with a much smaller footprint.

Their dye house uses only bluesign®-approved dyes and treats all wastewater so no harmful chemicals enter natural systems.

In Los Angeles, their cutting process minimizes waste, and every fabric scrap is recycled or repurposed into items like dog bed filling or upholstery.
