Refund policy

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately, within 48 hours, if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect and not what you ordered. Include your order details and the issue. Clear photos are required.

For manufacturing or fulfillment errors (wrong item, wrong size, or damaged item), we will resend the correct item or issue a refund—no need to return the original.

Ordering Errors
We cannot offer refunds or reprints if you ordered the incorrect size or color, wrong item, entered an incorrect address, or simply changed your mind. Custom/personalized items and perishable goods are also non-refundable/non-returnable.

Exchanges
We cannot offer exchanges for alternate sizes, colors, or designs. If you need a different size due to a sizing error, you must place a new order. Please choose carefully and always check the size chart before ordering.

Refunds
Refunds, if approved, are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take longer. If 15 business days pass without a refund, contact us. Proof of purchase is required.
